Can you change the kitchen or bathroom layout?
Yes, when the structure, plumbing, electrical, clearances and permit requirements support the proposed layout. Relocations are priced in the written scope.
Who purchases tile, fixtures and appliances?
Either arrangement is possible. Owner-provided finish items must be on site by the required date and compatible with the approved design and installation conditions.
Do bathroom remodels require permits?
Permit requirements depend on the city and whether plumbing, electrical, structural or mechanical work is altered. We identify anticipated permit responsibilities in the proposal.
Is shower glass included?
Only when specifically listed. Glass is commonly field-measured after tile is complete and may be provided by a specialty vendor.
